Returning an item

Is the article you ordered not what you expected? You will always get the full amount you paid back.

Return options

If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it up to 14 days after purchase .

Steps are as follows:

1. Fill out the form for a return below.

The product must not be damaged and must be in the same condition including packaging.

4. We strive to have processed your return within 7 working days you will be informed by email.

 

Right of withdrawal

You can also use the right of withdrawal within 14 days by sending us a statement that you want to abandon the sale. This can be done using the form (see form at the bottom of the page). The shipping costs for returning the product are for your own account.

Refund

In case of a return the amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have been informed about the withdrawal, to the account you paid. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that the products are returned.

Groovie Monkey’ has the right to refund an amount via another payment method. This only happens when the customer has given his permission, otherwise the amount will be refunded through the same payment method. There will never be additional costs involved.

Complaints

Did you receive a wrong or damaged article? Then we kindly ask you to report this within 10 days to our customer service.

Do you have another complaint? Report it as soon as possible to our customer service. You can complain by mail (support@grooviemonkey.com).

Your complaint will be handled within 7 working days. We will send you a confirmation of this by email.
