It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like to have the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning home to the store is for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of value to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged for return.

Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 22.00 hours, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of the order may take a little longer. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
